Wand & Wonder kits are rooted in real science, wrapped in imaginative storytelling. The “magic” is the sense of wonder children feel as they mix, observe, and notice real changes happening in front of them. Each potion is designed to spark curiosity while gently introducing early science concepts through play.

Each kit includes simple stories and carefully chosen materials that invite children to mix ingredients, observe reactions, and explore cause and effect. There’s no single “right” way to play. Kids follow their curiosity, experiment at their own pace, and begin forming early scientific thinking through hands-on discovery.

Wand & Wonder is designed for the in-between stage, where imagination begins turning into real questions. Our kits blend storytelling with intentional materials to support early science without rigid instructions or worksheets. It’s open-ended play that feels calm, meaningful, and engaging for both kids and parents.

Our potion kits are designed for children ages 6 and up. This age range supports safe handling, fine motor skills, and the ability to observe and reflect on changes during play. Younger children may require adult supervision to ensure safety during play. 

Yes. While designed with children in mind, teens and adults often enjoy the creative, sensory, and exploratory aspects of the kits. They’re frequently used for family activities, classrooms, gifting, and mindful creative play.

We offer returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.

Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Due to the nature of our products, used or opened kits are not eligible for return.

Yes. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Europe. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or VAT depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

To start a return, email us at hello@wandandwonder.us with your order number. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@wandandwonder.us with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Yes. Our kits are made in small batches, and slight variations in color, texture, or appearance are normal. These do not affect safety or performance and are part of what makes each kit unique.

Yes. All ingredients are non-toxic and commonly used in educational, cosmetic, or sensory products. Kits are designed for external use only and should always be used with adult supervision.

Our ingredients are not intended for consumption and are not evaluated for food allergens. If your child has sensitivities, we recommend reviewing ingredient information carefully and supervising play.

Yes. We use biodegradable glitter wherever possible as part of our commitment to more sustainable play.

Some ingredients may be small. Adult supervision is required at all times, and kits should be kept out of reach of children under 3.

Yes. Potion bottles can be rinsed with warm water and reused for future play

Leftover dry ingredients can be stored in a cool, dry place for future use. Mixed potions should be allowed to dry and disposed of in household trash, or strained and rinsed down the drain with plenty of water.

We prioritize small-batch production, biodegradable ingredients where possible, and low-waste packaging to reduce environmental impact.

Most packaging materials are recyclable. We encourage checking local recycling guidelines and reusing containers whenever possible.

Store ingredients in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Shake liquids before use and keep them tightly sealed when traveling.

Absolutely. Wand & Wonder kits make thoughtful gifts for birthdays, holidays, and special occasions.

Some ingredients may temporarily stain fabrics or surfaces. We recommend protecting play areas and wearing old clothes or aprons. Wash promptly with soap and water.
