Shipping policy

At Wand & Wonder, we aim to make shipping clear, reliable, and stress-free, so you know exactly what to expect from checkout to delivery.


Processing Times

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Bulk or special orders may require additional processing time. If so, we’ll contact you directly.


Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select European countries.


Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50
  • U.S. orders under $50 ship at calculated rates shown at checkout
  • Canada and Europe orders ship at calculated international rates based on destination and weight

All shipping rates are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or peak shipping periods

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
  • U.S. Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing (when available)
  • International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination and carrier and may be extended due to customs processing


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its progress.


International Orders & Customs

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Wand & Wonder is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@wandandwonder.us and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos, if applicable

We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Wand & Wonder is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Packaging

We use thoughtfully selected packaging materials that are recyclable or biodegradable whenever possible, while ensuring your order arrives safely.
