Processing Times

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Bulk or special orders may require additional processing time.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select European countries.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order.We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly shown at checkout when available.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or peak periods.

  • U.S. Standard: typically 3–7 business days after processing
  • International: varies by destination and customs processing

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

International Orders & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees set by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at hello@wandandwonder.us with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Returns & Refund

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

To request a return, email hello@wandandwonder.us with your order number and reason. Returns sent without approval won’t be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

International Returns
